| Challenge: Our client has a very complex back-end system which includes data mining, data analysis and high volume processing. With huge amounts of data and back-end processing, there was an obvious need to automate the various systems, and eradicate much of the manual work. There were also issues in providing management with the right management reports, with the right presentation styles and views. |
